Sacred Music Home / Sacred Music

By joining our hearts with the beauty of sound, this ministry gives voice to our faith through the art of music. Through our hymns and acclamations, the singing of our choirs, and the sounds of our instruments, music enables us to unite together in prayer.

At the Cathedral of the Epiphany, music for worship spans the centuries from Medieval chant and Renaissance polyphony through the most modern repertoire of the new millennium. Choirs and cantors provide musical leadership at all liturgical celebrations, and the Cathedral is home to a magnificent German built tracker pipe organ which is heard regularly in worship as well as recitals and concerts. The excellent acoustics and magnificent German neo-gothic architecture of the Cathedral provide a warm environment for the ministry of music.
